The honorable NNG Vice Chairperson Ms. Selima Ahmad, most famous Women Entrepreneurship Leader of Bangladesh. She is the founder president of Bangladesh Women’s Chamber Of Commerce & Industry and also the Director of NNG HRD. Her great effort enriched the sales & marketing boost at Nitol Motors Ltd, the flagship company. She is very hard worker & visionary as well. She has been playing a dynamic role for Nitol Niloy Group that the group stands today at premium stage.
Now she is working for women’s empowerment through establish them self-dependent & entrepreneur. She has developed 3000 women entrepreneurs by planning, designing and facilitating different programs. She supports these initiatives by providing training, business counseling, credit linkages, acting as guarantor, and lobbying government and policy makers. Her work is recognized not only in Bangladesh but also in the global arena. She has been invited as a speaker in many national and international seminars. She completed her graduation from Dhaka University did short courses from, Japan, Denmark and Canada. She is a Fellow of Stanford University, USA.

Abdul Musabbir Ahmad, Managing Director, Nitol-Niloy Group
Abdul Musabbir Ahmad is the eldest son of Mr Abdul Matlub Ahmad & Ms Selima Ahmad acting as a Managing Director of Nitol Niloy Group. Mr. Musabbir is an energetic, dynamic and farsighted industrialist with visionary zeal. Under the leadership of Mr Musabbir the group businesses are endlessly growing such as Niloy Motors Ltd (Niloy Hero), NITS, N-Reach, Radio Next, Nitol Electronics Ltd, Nitol Marketing Co (Tyre & Rubber), Nitol Tyre Industry Ltd.
Mr Musabbir is an Executive Member of IBCCI (India Bangladesh Chamber of Commerce and Industry), DCCI (Dhaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry), BAAMA (Bangladesh Automobiles Assembles & Manufacturer Association), and ALC (Association of Listed Companies). He is also the Chairman of NITS Service (Pvt.) Ltd, and Niloy Cement Industries Ltd. Besides, he is the MD of NITA (Nitol-TATA), Driving Training School (DTS) - joint venture businesses with TATA India and Niloy Hero Motocorp Ltd.
Abdul Marib Ahmad, Vice Chairman, Nitol-Niloy Group
Mr. Abdul Marib Ahamad (Niloy) is the Vice Chairman of Nitol-Niloy Group. He is the youngest talented, energetic, a prominent strategist in Bangladesh, who is the youngest son of living legendary business leader Abdul Matlub Ahmad &Selima Ahmad, former President of Bangladesh Women Chamber. He has played a pivotal role in taking decision for various company such as Nitol Tata commercial vehicles, Nitol Tata Sales Division, operating Division & Niloy Cement Industry (public Limited). He is playing a role as a market strategist of Nitol Motors since 2013. He completed his Bachelor of Business (Marketing) from James Cook University, Australia & Nila University, Malaysia.

Group Captain Mohammed Abul Hossain, psc (Retd.) served the Bangaldesh Air-force for a long 27 years and retired as Director of Evaluation and Inspection from Bangladesh Air Force in Feb 2011. With outstanding track records and academic fitness he serves NNG in many appointments including Head of International and Domestic Business Development, Compliance, Chief business officer of Nitol Marketing (Tyre & Rubber) Co. Believes in “Be Innovative” , “Be creative and Develop”. He joined at Nitol-Niloy Group on 17th of July 2011 as a Senior General Manager.
Group Captain Hossain completed his MBA from IBA, MSc (Physics) from Dhaka University, MDS from National University and completed various professional courses throughout his career. He also serves as a recognized trainer in the field of Management and Leadership, Salesmanship, Quality Management System (QMS) with ISO 9001:2008. He is also a qualified Lead Auditor certified by Bureau Veritus.
